Introducing the ultimate Bolt-On power upgrade Intercooler Kit to suit the Nissan Pathfinder Ti 550 V6 Diesel Turbo. Plazmaman's Tube and Fin Intercooler is by far the most rigid, well constructed and efficient unit on the open market.
The Pathfinder V6 Turbo Diesel models have a common issue of cracking/breaking the factory plastic lower side tubes on the factory intercooler. Not only does Plazmaman''s fabricated aluminium replacement eliminate this issue, it also has performance benefits, with the ability to flow 45% more than factory, and has 50% more surface area than factory. To further improve these figures, the coldside AND hotside piping is bundled in this kit. The piping kit alone features large than factory piping, with a huge 40-45% increase in air!
This intercooler kit bolts straight in with no modification what so ever, meaning no clearance issues with aftermarket winches and bull bars.
The intercooler included in this kit is available to buy on its own (see related items), but it is far more beneficial to buy this complete kit, which comes with all the required coldside, and hotside piping. Never split an intercooler hose again!
The Intercooler is available in black finish only.
