999 Automotive Returns Policy
WHAT can be returned?
Not all items are subject to our standard returns policy. Items that are special order are subject to a return policy outline between 999 Automotive and the customer at time of purchase.
Once a product has been test fitted, installed or used it can no longer be returned.
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Customers have 14 days from the day they receive their order to lodge a "request for return" with 999 Automotive.
WHERE do items need to be returned to?
Once "request for return" has been approved by 999 Automotive customers must arrange for their item(s) to be sent to 123 John Street, Lidcombe NSW 2141
HOW do customers return items?
All returns must be accompanied with the original invoice for the item(s) they wish to return.
SHIPPING for returns?
All return shipping costs are to be paid by the customers. However, in the event that an incorrect item has been sent by 999 Automotive and associated distribution partners. 999 Automotive will cover return shipping costs.
For customer who purchase using the PayPal payment gateway may be eligible for shipping return compensation with PayPal. Please visit PayPal website for more info: https://www.paypal.com/au/webapps/mpp/returns
CREDIT for returns?
Customers will be credited through the original gateway purchase method.
Instore return option?
Customers are more than welcome to return items in person providing that the "request for return" has already been approved by 999 Automotive.
Packing materials?
All returns must be in original package. Packaging that is damaged and in an "unsellable" condition will incur a 20% repackaging fee.
999 Automotive cannot be held accountable for any additional costs involved outside the original purchase. This includes, but not limited to loss of income, additional transport costs, labour costs or any other costs directly or indirectly associated with the original purchase.
Return policy for custom made products.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure .You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
999AUTOSHOP is not responsible for any repair or replacement that is requested as a direct result of including, but not limited to, normal wear and tear, damage resulting from neglect, accident or improper use, or damages due to unconsented repairs by third parties.
We do not offer change of mind refunds for custom made products. They are covered by the consumer guarantees that apply automatically under the Australian Consumer Law(ACL). However, upon request, before the commencement of the custom-made process, we can agree to provide a partial refund based on a pre-agreed value for change of mind.
We will not compensate or refund for any delays encountered during shipping.
Payment providers typically do not refund the transaction fees from the original payment when a refund is processed. Additionally, they may or may not charge transaction fees for the refund itself. As a result, we are unable to refund any non-recoverable transaction fees from the original payment, as well as any fees that may apply to the refund transaction.
These terms and conditions govern both online and offline purchases. You are advised to carefully review these terms before making any payment. Payment shall signify your acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms in their entirety.
